Friday Gardening Crew

Fridays 9.30am - 11am

Jan 30th - Mar 27th

Our Friday Gardening Crew has a particular focus on growing food and gardening based on Permaculture principles. We learn together about caring for a garden in our cool temperate Macedon climate while maintaining the many and diverse garden precincts at the Macedon & Mt Macedon Community House. Our Permaculture food forest is overflowing with fruits, vegetables, herbs and beneficial plants that support the bees, insects, soil food web and ecosystem health. We also have an Indigenous Garden, raised wicking beds for vegetables, espaliered and dwarf fruit trees, berries, currants, herbs & many other edible plants across the property.

Everyone is welcome. No skills or experience required.
