M&MMCH Volunteers needed for the Bolobek Garden fair 5&6 october

The Bolobek Garden Fair (formerly known as the Garden Lovers’ Fair) is on again - Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th of October 2024. 

The Garden Fair and the Robertson family are great supporters of the Macedon & Mount Macedon Community House. So we are doing our bit by encouraging volunteers to help out and support the local community. 

We need 27 volunteers for each day. 

What is required for each shift: 

• 5 x Front gate - welcome visitors, sell & check tickets

• 2 x Creche - plant minding

• 1 x Volunteer welfare - looking after the volunteers 

• 1 x Stall holder liaison - troubleshooting queries

The shifts are 2 hours (the first one being a bit longer) 9:30 – 12; 12 – 2; 2 – 4

Volunteers are given free entry and a food voucher and a drink voucher.

But most importantly, you are supporting the community and even better - it is a fun day out!
